Our valuations follow the RICS Red Book regulations and provide you with a professional and independent opinion of Market Value. They are carried out by our RICS Registered Valuers who provide expert knowledge of local markets and assessment of comparable evidence.

The Valuation Process
We try to make the process as easy as possible. All you need to do is:
Provide full property address via the enquiry form or by phone and state the service you require
We aim to provide a quotation within 3 hours and at minimum same day
Terms of engagement completed and invoice paid
You can either record any specific queries on our website prior to the inspection and/or discuss the property with the surveyor
We will arrange property access and confirm the date of inspection
The report will be returned to you within 2 working days
