    • Our Valuation Surveyors are RICS Registered Valuers
    • Our surveys and valuations are RICS compliant
    • Our Help to Buy and Shared Ownership valuations are Target HCA and Housing Association compliant

Our valuations follow the RICS Red Book regulations and provide you with a professional and independent opinion of Market Value. They are carried out by our RICS Registered Valuers who provide expert knowledge of local markets and assessment of comparable evidence.
