Most queries that we receive are in relation to questions that are not answered when we issue our quotation.

- •Our surveyors are on-site for the majority of the working day and are able to pick up email enquiries, but not phone enquiries
- •We would therefore be grateful if queries can be raised once you have received and reviewed our quotation, by replying to the email
Why do we ask for your phone number and full address?
Phone number: Many businesses, including our company, send emails to recipients which may be blocked by spam filters. We follow up our quotation email with a single text message in order to ensure it has been received.
Full address: We provide bespoke survey quotations. Where full addresses are not provided and the property cannot be identified, this is likely to result in a delay in providing a quotation while we await this information.
