Once you receive your quotation, please review it before raising a query, as it contains further information about our services and the next steps. If your question is still not answered, please reply to the quotation email rather than the automated text message.

Our quotation email is designed to answer the questions we are most commonly asked before instruction.
If you have a question that is not answered in the quotation, we ask that you send it by email by replying to the quotation or emailing adminteam@farrowandgould.com.
Our administration team can assist with process and booking queries but cannot provide technical advice. Where necessary, technical questions will be referred to an RICS surveyor for a written response when available.
Why do we ask for your phone number and full address?
Phone number: We use your mobile number at quotation stage to send a single service text confirming that your quotation email has been issued. This helps prevent the quotation being missed if the email is filtered into your junk or spam folder.
Full property address: We provide bespoke quotations and review available property information when determining the appropriate survey service. Providing the full address helps us identify the correct property and avoids delays while we request further information.
