Agent to Agent Referral Scheme: RICS Level 2 & 3 Home Surveys

Welcome to our Agent-to-Agent Referral Portal:

Referral Fee of £100 for every referral (Level 2 & 3 surveys) to referring agent, an additional £100 for the agent that recommended you to us for every referral until 31st December 2024.

Once the scheme ends, the new agent will still receive £100 per successful referral indefinitely, as per our normal referral scheme.

  • Complete this form for all referrals where a property professional has recommended our services, for you in turn to recommend us to your clients

 

  • Successful referrals will result in a £100 referral to you, and a further £100 referral to the person who recommended us to you.

 

  • The scheme is uncapped. For example, if you send us 10 successful referrals in this period, both you and the person who recommended us to you will receive £100 each, for each successful referral. When the scheme ends on 31st December 2024, you will still receive £100 for all referrals after this point indefinitely.

 

Qualifying criteria:

 

 

This scheme is open until 31/12/2024.

 

Referrals received by 31/12/24, but not converted, will still qualify. E.g. If we receive a referral via the portal in December, but do not undertake the survey until January, it will still qualify for the scheme. 

 

This is a separate scheme to our current scheme (£100 per referral) and once this Agent-to-Agent referral scheme ends, our usual £100 per referral scheme will still continue.

 

This scheme only applies to the following postcode areas: 

 

  • SW (South-West London): SW2, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW11, SW12, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, SW20 
  • SE (South-East London): SE5, SE11, SE17, SE19, SE21, SE24, SE25, SE27
  • TW (Twickenham): TW1, TW2, TW9, TW10, TW11, TW12, TW16, TW17 
  • KT (Kingston-upon-Thames): KT1 THROUGH TO KT24 
  • SM (Sutton): SM1, SM2, SM3, SM4, SM5, SM6, SM7 
  • CR (Croydon): CR0, CR4, CR5, CR7, CR8 
  • RH (Redhill): RH1 THROUGH TO RH12 

 

Only referrals received via this portal will qualify.

 

 

If multiple agents refer us to you, the referral will be paid to the person you record on the referral form below.

 

Here's how the process works:

 

Once you complete this form, we will email your client a written quotation, with a follow-up text message. If we don't hear back, we will send a single follow-up text 3 business days later. We will not follow-up leads beyond this and archive the case, unless we are directly requested to do so.

 

For the first successful referral that you make to us, we will contact you by the email address provided below (this can be any email address of your choosing), and provide you with a short link to set you up on our banking system.  Referrals are paid in a maximum of 3 business days. Future referrals will automatically be paid, and a confirmation email will be sent when we send you the referral payment.

 

 

Why do we ask for client phone numbers in the below form:

  • Many businesses, including our company, send emails to recipients which may be blocked by spam filters. We follow up our initial email with a single text message in order to ensure it has been received. We will not otherwise contact clients by phone.

Why do we ask for a full address:

 

  • We provide bespoke survey quotations. Where full addresses are not provided and the property cannot be identified, this is likely to result in a delay in providing a quotation while we await this information.

When will you make contact with my client:

 

  • While we do not provide updates on each individual referral, all referrals received before 4pm are issued same day.
